Reservation and payment
- A reservation requires at least the applicable 50% advance payment. Guests may choose to pay the full stay amount online instead.
- If an advance is paid, the remaining stay balance and legitimate extra charges are settled as applicable. If the stay amount is paid in full, only later applicable extra charges remain to be settled.
- Guests must provide accurate booking and contact information so the reservation and related communication can be handled correctly.
- Check-in and check-out dates are the dates confirmed in the booking.
Rooms and occupancy
Room occupancy must not exceed the configured capacity of the selected room. Guests are responsible for selecting a room and guest count suitable for their stay.
Extras and final checkout bill
Guests are responsible for extra food, services or items requested during the stay. Legitimate extra charges may be itemised on the final checkout bill and settled along with the remaining applicable balance.
Guest conduct and property care
- Guests should respect the property, other guests and the surrounding environment.
- Illegal activities and deliberate property damage are prohibited.
- If property is damaged, any charge should reflect the actual and reasonable loss caused, rather than an arbitrary penalty.
Alcohol Policy
IBBANI Homestay is a strictly no-alcohol property. Consumption and possession of alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
Guest services
Campfire, music and dance around the campfire, scooter/rental vehicle assistance, trekking/local guide assistance and nearby sightseeing can be discussed before or after booking. Outdoor arrangements depend on suitable conditions and permitted access. Services are subject to availability, weather/local conditions and applicable charges.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund percentages apply to the amount actually paid.
