Products & availability

Product appearance, colour, packaging or batch characteristics may vary slightly from photographs where applicable. Availability is subject to stock. IBBANI may cancel/refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

Your delivery details

Provide an accurate delivery address, phone number, email and PIN code. IBBANI is not responsible for delays caused solely by incorrect customer delivery information.

Inspect, store & use

Inspect delivered products promptly. Store and use food/natural products according to any instructions provided with them. No medical, therapeutic or guaranteed health benefit is promised.

Prices & order records

Product prices, stock and shipping charges shown at checkout are the applicable values for that order. Payment, cancellation, refund and order-history records remain auditable; they are not overwritten merely to change a display status.

Delivery, cancellation & refunds

Delivery is limited to serviceable PIN codes. Cancellation requests must precede Packing/Shipped status; delivered-order issues follow the return/damage review process, including the 48-hour reporting window. See Delivery and Cancellations & refunds below for the full approved rules.
